Support Plans from Advanced Voice Solutions

There are 7 different levels of service plans with AVS: 

1. Service Plan Platinum: 
Covers all newer products including hardware & software as well as all software upgrades on a 24/7 basis

 

2. Service Plan Gold: 
Covers all newer products including hardware & software on a 24/7 basis

 

3. Service Plan Plus: 
Covers all newer products including hardware & software as well as all software upgrades on a 9am to 5pm work week

 

4. Service Plan: 
Covers all newer products including hardware & software on a 9am to 5pm work week

 

5. Legacy Service Plan: 
Covers all legacy products with support for all software but not covering hardware that is no longer produced by the manufacturer on a 9am to 5pm work week

 

6. Phone Support Plan:
Covers all newer products software with no on site support.

 

7. T and M :
Contact AVS for the current Time and Materials prices.


    • All service plans are subject to acceptance by AVS
    • Service plans are priced on a site-by-site basis and are dependant on the number of ports and software level of the equipment.
    • NTDIU’s are now on the legacy service plan
    • Support outside of coverage hours is available on a per hour charge

Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST Monday - Friday 5pm to 9am EST
Including weekends and holidays
Phone Support:
$125.00 per hour (One hour minimum)
$95.00 each additional hour
Phone Support:
$190.00 per hour (One hour minimum)
$125.00 each additional hour
Phone Support with Remote Desktop:
$130.00 per hour (One hour minimum)
$75.00 each additional hour
Phone Support with Remote Desktop:
$195.00 per hour (One hour minimum)

On-Site Support: (Only available in the New York Tri-State Area)
$250.00 per hour (Two hour minimum)
$115.00 each additional hour

On-Site Support out-side of the New York Tri-State Area is available.

Please note: If you do not have a support plan with Advanced Voice Solutions and you call the Help Desk at 888-AVS-2001 you will be asked to provide a credit card to pay for the service calls. Only clients that have an established account with Advanced Voice Solutions will be allowed to use a PO when requested support. New clients or clients less than a year old will not be allowed to request support with a PO under any circumstances. If AVS is not the original installing vendor then the only hardware supported under an On-Site Support Plan would be the Dialogic Voice Cards and/or BrookTrout Fax Cards. Computer systems supplied by the client or another vendor cannot be under warrantee by Advanced Voice Solutions.
